As we begin another year, the achievements of 2011 strengthen our resolve to stay the course in 2012. We have been fortunate to avoid the problems which have plagued our industry for five years. We are delighted to be awarded our 18th consecutive quarterly 5-Star Superior rating from Bauer Financial, Inc., the nation's leading independent bank rating and research firm.

But it doesn't stop there.

In the last few months, we have made some excellent additions to our force of experienced banking personnel. Peter Lee, VP/Commercial Lender (703-724-4164 ext. 709), joins us in the Ashburn/Sterling area, and we are pleased to welcome back Jacqueline Moor (703-224-2429 ext. 611) as VP/Business Development Officer. Jackie, as many of you may know, worked with us several years ago in our Corporate Office. Peter and Jackie, both strong bankers, are here to help you with your loan or deposit needs and we hope you have the opportunity to work with them.

This spring we will hold our 12th annual charity golf tournament. The 2012 Lori Davis Golf Classic tournament will be at the Westfields Golf Club in Clifton, Virginia, on Monday, May 7th. This is a new venue for our golf tournament. We invite you to SAVE THE DATE and join us. Your participation in this event will help support many local and national charitable organizations.
