    Online statements are a safe, convenient and green way to bank. Online statements reduce the risk of mail fraud and identity theft and eliminate the statement storage hassle by giving you access to your statements and images for up to 12 months. The Business Bank will notify you via email when your current statement is available.

Personal Online Bill Payment
Personal Online Bill Pay allows you to consolidate all of your bill-paying information into one online service. With Personal Online Bill Pay you spend less time writing checks and more time managing your finances. With Bill Pay you can:

  • Make as many payments as you like at no cost — there are no limits to the number of transactions.
  • Schedule payments up to one year in advance
  • Set up recurring payments for monthly bills, such as your mortgage or car payments
  • Save money on postage costs and more
  • Send gift checks for special occasions with customized greeting cards

Online Check Reordering
Reorder checks online quickly and easily
When reordering you will leave the Bank’s Web site. The site you are going to is not owned or controlled by The Business Bank. The Business Bank CANNOT attest to the accuracy of information provided by linked sites. It may have a different privacy policy, cookie control and security standards.

TeleBanc
Telebanc is our free, automated telephone banking service that allows you to obtain account information on your checking, savings, money market, CD or loan accounts. You can find out what checks have cleared or transfer funds between your personal Bank Accounts. Telebanc is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To access:
  1. Call 1-800-861-4220 using a touch-tone phone.
  2. For Account Information: Press 1 for inquiries and transfers or to change your PIN number.

TBB Debit Cards
The Business Bank’s Debit Card is a check card that gives you the convenience of a Visa® Card and access to cash combined with the features of your personal or personal checking account. You can use your card anywhere that Visa is accepted. There is no charge for a Bank debit card! Debit card purchases are deducted directly from your checking account. Transactions are detailed on your monthly statement.

TBB ATM Card
The Business Bank’s ATM Card gives you access to your checking, savings and money market funds, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can obtain cash and check your balances and thousands of merchants worldwide. There is no cost to obtain our card, get cash, check balances or transfer funds at any Bank ATM. Fees at non-TBB terminals are $1.50 per transaction, plus applicable surcharges from other banks.
