A. Telebanc is a free telephone banking service offered by The Business Bank — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can use Telebanc to check balance information, transfer funds between accounts, see what checks have cleared your account or fax to yourself account statements (small fee applies). A. Please call (703) 230-9105 (during business hours) or (800) 500-1044 (outside of business hours) to notify us if your ATM/debit card has been lost or stolen.

A. Personal banking clients can order new checks using our online check reordering service. When reordering you will leave the Bank’s Web site.

Personal Banking
A. We offer financing for new and used vehicles as well as Home Equity Lines based on prime rate. Visit or call your local branch for details.
A. After your Business Bank checking account has been opened, you will receive The Business Bank’s routing and transit number along with your checking account number. Simply provide this information to your employer’s human resource or payroll department, and your direct deposit should begin within 30 days. (Note: employer must participate in a direct deposit program.)
Business Banking
A. Each of our branches has an experienced commercial lender who would be happy to speak with you about your options. Please call your local branch to set up a meeting with one of our lenders.
Online Banking
A. Both businesses and consumers must sign up for their online service at a local branch. The Business Bank Online (businesses) is a more robust cash management solution that may require some assistance from your branch manager when enrolling. Personal online banking (TBB Online) is a quick and easy process. After completing a brief application you will then complete the enrollment process online.
A. Bill pay is available via our Personal Online Banking (TBB Online) and our Business Online Banking. Both services are FREE of charge.
A. Wire transfers are available by request through the Client Service Center or by telephone with Telebanc. Funds may be transferred to recipients domestically or internationally. (Wire transfer fees do apply. Please consult your branch or client manager for applicable fees.)
A. Funds may be transferred to and from accounts at The Business Bank by Automatic Clearing House (ACH) debits and credits. Business accounts are able to generate ACH debits by using Online Business Banking. Personal accounts allow scheduled and instant (express) transfers between accounts through Online Personal Banking.
A. A Stop Payment can be made either through your online banking account or contacting a branch or client manager directly.
A. Automatic alerts can be requested through online banking.
