TeleBanc
Telebanc is our free, automated telephone banking service that allows you to obtain account information on your checking, savings, money market, CD or loan accounts. You can find out what checks have cleared or transfer funds between your Business Bank Accounts. Telebanc is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

To access:
  1. Call 1-800-861-4220 using a touch-tone phone.
  2. For Account Information: Press 1 for inquiries and transfers or to change your PIN number.
  3. For location and business hours: Press 5

TBB Debit Cards
The Business Bank’s Debit Card is a check card that gives you the convenience of a Visa® Card and access to cash combined with the features of your business or personal checking account. You can use your card anywhere that Visa is accepted. There is no charge for a Business Bank debit card! Debit card purchases are deducted directly from your checking account. Transactions are detailed on your monthly statement.

TBB ATM Card
The Business Bank’s ATM Card gives you access to your checking, savings and money market funds, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can obtain cash and check your balances and thousands of merchants worldwide. There is no cost to obtain our card, get cash, check balances or transfer funds at any Business Bank ATM. Fees at non-TBB terminals are $1.50 per transaction, plus applicable surcharges from other banks.
